Our Family Oriented Process

Step Six:
Loan Settlement

Silverboat will conduct a pre-closing telephone meeting to review the settlement papers and answer additional questions prior to the closing.

Next, we will send someone directly to your home for loan settlement. And, we'll pay a portion of your closing costs**. You won't be inconvenienced by directional problems, parking fees, and possible settlement delays by having to travel to a title company or attorney's office.

As always, you have a three day waiting period, after you sign the closing documents, to cancel your loan if you are not satisfied for whatever reason.

**Subject to using a Silverboat closing agent. Lender closing cost credit varies based on loan amount.
