  • We arrange for an independent HUD counselor to talk with you on the phone

  • You complete a brief Silverboat Loan  Application

  • We arrange for a Home Appraisal and Termite Report

  • We order a Title Policy (reviews home ownership and  encumbrances)

  • We arrange an In-Home loan closing
